Here at The Manifest, you’ll find freelancers of every type and stripe!

Here is how to get the most out of this resource…

For Clients

The Manifest is a directory of the freelancing talent on Substack! Our mission is to make it easier for clients and freelancers to connect on this platform through collation and ease of organization.

All freelancers are listed alphabetically in the following categories (these categories can also be found along the Navigation Bar on the homepage).

• Consulting & Mentorship

• Copywriting & Editing

• Music & Voice Talent

• Visual Art & Design

• Web Design & Code

NOTE: The Manifest is solely a middle-man directory of freelancers. Inclusion in The Manifest should not be taken as endorsement, and clients are responsible for vetting each freelancer before hire.

For Freelancers

If you are a Substack-based freelancer, we would love to include you in The Manifest!

To be included, you need:

1. A name that we can use (personal, professional, or business).

2. A URL that we can link to so that clients can find out more about you, your rates, and your contact info (this does NOT have to be a Substack-based page). 

3. What category of freelancing services you offer.

4. A 50-word summary of your service offerings in that category (please do not specify your rates in this summary).

To join, please fill out the Freelancer Submission Form.

• If your freelancing services don’t fit into any of our categories, please let us know by filling out the “Other” field on the form and we will consider adding a new category, or figure out the best place where you can fit until we do so. 

• If you offer services in multiple categories, please fill out the form for each separate category, as the services will likely be different for each.
